Motivation teaser and interview.

German filmproduction "Aestivation" just released their trailer for their upcoming movie "Motivation" featuring some of the best riders in Europe. We gave the producers and brothers Max & Moe Garhammer a call to talk a bit about the movie, what motivates them and the soccer world champs.

Interview with Mo and Max Garhammer

Who is going to have the best part in the movie and why?

Max- Bene Mayr, I don't know why he just will.

Mo- Bene Mayr, best tricks and best shots. Check out for his dub flatspin in the BC it's soooo good!

Any newcomers that we should look out for?

Max- Johannes Brexl from Germany and Marcus Eder from Italy they kick ass!

Mo- Marcus Eder from Italy who won the nine nights all-though he wasn't pre-qualified. Amazing all-round jibber and the nicest guy.

What was the funniest trip?

Max- Prag. We drove there with my old car and almost didn't make it and when we got there the spots where sick and we got allot of nice shots. The crew was super-funny and we did some hard partying, my brother Mo got alcohol poisoning when he got some home-made schnapps from the locals and had to go home.

Mo- Retallack, It actually was pretty crappie snow but we had an amazing crew and we had a blast and the atmosphere was sick.

Things that you really like in skiing today?

Max- Cant think of anything right now!?

Mo- Backcountry skiing for sure, natural stuff that people hit with steezy teq tricks. Kidz that surprisingly ski awesome out of no where like Marcus Eder.

Hate?

Max- That we never get enough budget for our movies.

Mo- Bad soundtracks in allot of movies. To much talking and interviews and people taking them selves way to serious.

Why the name "Aestivation"?

Mo- Aestivation means summer-sleep and it was the main theme for the first movie we did with this crew.

Best ski-movie ever?

Max- Teddybear Crisis
Mo- Propaganda

Best movie ever?

Max- Anchorman or Stepbrother.

Mo- Skisafari an old ski movie my dad did in the 70's.

What motivates you?

Max- Vacation! And surfing off course.

Mo- Nature, photography, art and other creative people that are working with allot of soul and heart.

Favourite German player in the soccer world champs?

Max- Neuer the goalkeeper. Don't know the first name, hahahaha

Mo- Müller, don't know the first name, hahahaha.

Is Germany going to win the game tonight against Uruguay for the third place, score?

Max- Off course. 3:1 for Germany

Mo- Unfortunately I don't think so. I think they gave up when they lost the game against Spain. 0:2 for Uruguay.

Who is going to win the world champs?

Max- I hope Holland.

Mo- Holland.
