What about some Bacon?

In my opinion the Bacon team kick everybody else's ass when it comes to skating trannies. They also kick everybody else's ass being a team. I've had the undoubted pleasure of meeting with them on a few occasions. Only as a team, never one by one, and it really strikes me how much they are like a family. A family without parents.

There is a godfather. Not in the religious (or whatever) way, you know the one who is supposed to take care of you if your parents die, but rather a godfather in the Italian mafioso aspect. That's Benji. Then there is an uncle, or perhaps older cousin, Tim. The two second to eldest brothers, Frank an Johnny (If there's an eldest, i didn't meet him). The a bit younger kid who made it in the X-games, Kevin. The younger one who's, you know, and so on and so on.

That first clip. It's not so much about skateboarding performance. It's more about skateboarding as in skateboarding skateboarding. And how Benji is the sort of mellow godfather character. I love it how his skate home stands in contrast to some other places in that category, you know what I mean.

Tim on some sketchy shit

Second clip. The older cousin. Tim did take part in the Olympics once, in karate! So he's definitely one of those older cousin you look up to. Then you grow you might think that life is all about skateboarding and "who the fuck gives a shit about karate?". You would still look up to Tim Johnson though.

Where's Frank?

Older brother Johnny is still young in this clip. It has no sound, johnny has no shoes, it speaks for itself.

Kevin kicking your ass!

This is a vicious killer! Skateboarding performance wise. I've been looking to spread this clip/video out to the world for a while, I just didn't have multimedial voice to reach out with it before (I posted a link on facebook and got like three 'likes' on it). It's one of the smaller brothers in the family, Kevin, blowing your mind.

The family is a whole lot bigger than this, of course, and I might share the rest of them with you too. If you're lucky!
