In the Shadow of the Calvary Cross

The somewhat prodigal son of British freak folk pioneers Richard & Linda Thompson, Teddy, just released his fifth folk/pop album Bella.

In opposition to many, I never was much of a fan of Teddy Thompsons work but I’ll take this fine opportunity to post some of his parent’s music here and run with it. Both these dark tunes are, in my book, some of the most beautiful songs out there, all time.
