Of Montreal's False Priest on its way!
It's been a long waiting, but we're seeing the light at the end of the tunnel.
One of the most fantaisist bands of the past ten years reappears. Two years after Skeletal Lamping, Barnes and his folks will finally propose us something fresh to chew. Jon Brion (who produced Kanye West, Elliott Smith, Fiona Apple or Rufus Wainwright, but also composed the original soundtracks for Magnolia, Punch-Drunk Love and Eternal Sunshine Of The Spotless Mind) took care of the production. Very attracting.
But right now, we don't have anything else than their first single "Coquet Coquette" to download here, and it should already be way enough!
Two vids also from the album Skeletal Lamping. You can check, buy, say or steal everything on Polyvinyl Records, the nicest guys on Earth!
