So the time is near, soon JJ will release their mixtape "JJ Kills", and without any doubt this will be a treat.

If your for some reason don´t know JJ, they are a Swedish duo (Elin and Joakim), signed to label Sincerely Yours, favoured by Pitchfork and Fader, played at Icelandic Airwaves this year and are pretty much the best musical thing out of Sweden since Broder Daniell.

Lookin back into their past, they have taken some quite unexpected tracks (Akons "Troublemaker", Jeremihs "Birthday Sex", T.Is "My Swag", Lorentz & M.Sakarias "Baby", and Nirvanas "Lithium", amongst others), and made them into these beautiful, heartbreaking and genrebending songs of their own, creating something truly sincere and honest for anyone who is willing to open up their heart and really listen.

It´s hard to forsee what songs they will work with this time around, however there is two free tracks up now at Sincerely Yours for you to enjoy in the meantime, and below is some of their older "covers".
